WRXFlow Alert Emails

I'm not receiving a WRXFlow alert email

Solutions:

  • 1Check your spam or junk folder for emails from support@weatherwrx.com
  • 2Open the WRXFlow and confirm that it is enabled and its email destination is selected
  • 3Use the WRXFlow preview to confirm that its conditions can trigger
  • 4Add support@weatherwrx.com to your email contacts or safe senders list
  • 5Standard and Government alerts do not send email; they route to the app or location calendar

A WRXFlow email is late or delayed

Solutions:

  • 1Email delivery depends on your email provider—some providers introduce a short delay
  • 2Confirm the alert's evaluation window and the weather time that satisfied the workflow
  • 3Your dashboard and subscribed calendars still show alert activity even if email is delayed

I'm receiving too many notifications

Solutions:

  • 1Review your alert settings and adjust thresholds to be less sensitive
  • 2Reduce the number of active alerts per location
  • 3Turn off email on individual WRXFlow alerts while keeping dashboard and calendar destinations active

Dashboard Alerts

I'm not seeing alerts on my dashboard

Solutions:

  • 1For Standard or Government Alerts, make sure In-App Alert is enabled for the location
  • 2For WRXFlow Alerts, make sure the workflow is enabled
  • 3Check that the location still has active weather data available
  • 4Review the alert status and count on the location card, then open the location's alert settings
  • 5Adjust workflow thresholds if the current logic is too strict to trigger

I expected an alert but nothing appeared

Solutions:

  • 1Check the separate In-App Alert and On-Calendar Event settings for the condition
  • 2Open Advanced WRXFlow and confirm the metric, comparison, and time window
  • 3WRXFlow email delivery must be enabled on the individual workflow

Calendar Sync

Calendar feed is not updating

Solutions:

  • 1Calendar apps refresh subscribed calendars on their own schedule, which can take several hours
  • 2In Google Calendar, you can force refresh by removing and re-adding the subscription
  • 3Open the location organizer and use Add to Google Calendar for the affected location
  • 4WeatherWRX refreshes its feed data automatically; Google controls when the subscribed calendar fetches it

Calendar alerts are not showing

Solutions:

  • 1Make sure you subscribed to the calendar (not imported it as a one-time file)
  • 2Check that the calendar is visible/enabled in your calendar app
  • 3Try removing and re-adding the calendar subscription
  • 4Verify On-Calendar Event is enabled for the Standard or Government Alert, or that the WRXFlow workflow is enabled

Add to Google Calendar is not working

Solutions:

  • 1Use the Add to Google Calendar button from your dashboard
  • 2Make sure you are opening WeatherWRX from a public app URL
  • 3Try removing and re-adding the Google Calendar subscription

Account Access

I can't sign in to my account

Solutions:

  • 1Try signing in with the same Google account you originally used
  • 2Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  • 3Try using a different browser or incognito/private mode
  • 4Check if you have any browser extensions blocking sign-in

My locations or alerts are missing

Solutions:

  • 1Verify you're signed in with the correct account
  • 2WeatherWRX uses Google sign-in, so confirm the Google account shown in the app header
  • 3Open the dashboard organizer and the location's alert pane to confirm the items were not deleted

I can't access certain features

Solutions:

  • 1WeatherWRX requires an active paid plan, active trial, or complimentary access
  • 2Check your subscription status in Settings → Billing
  • 3Contact support if you believe this is an error

Weather Data

Weather data seems inaccurate

Solutions:

  • 1Verify the location coordinates are correct for your intended area
  • 2Weather data is updated hourly from professional weather services
  • 3Microclimates can cause differences between forecast and observed conditions
  • 4Report persistent inaccuracies to our support team

No weather data available for my location

Solutions:

  • 1Check that the address or coordinates are valid
  • 2Try entering a nearby city or different address format
  • 3Some remote areas may have limited weather data availability
