Answers about WeatherWRX

A practical guide to setup, forecast behavior, calendar workflows, privacy, billing, and support.

Common questions

Getting started

What is WeatherWRX?+

WeatherWRX is a weather intelligence app for Google Calendar users. It helps you track forecasts, locations, alert formulas, and calendar weather context from your WeatherWRX account.

Google Calendar integration

How does WeatherWRX work with Google Calendar?+

WeatherWRX uses Google sign-in and supports Google Calendar workflows so weather forecasts and alert events can be reviewed alongside your schedule.

Forecasts

Can I change forecast locations?+

Yes. WeatherWRX lets users manage forecast locations from the app. Plan limits determine how many locations can be tracked at one time.

Alerts

What are the three WeatherWRX alert types?+

Standard Alerts use simple weather thresholds, Government Alerts contain official watches and warnings, and WRXFlow Alerts use advanced visual logic. Standard and Government Alerts can be routed independently to the app and location calendar; optional email delivery is available only for WRXFlow Alerts.

Support

How do I get support?+

Use the contact form to send a support request. Include the affected account, location, calendar, or billing context when that information applies.

Privacy and data

Where can I review the privacy policy?+

The WeatherWRX Privacy Policy is available at /privacy. The Terms of Service are available at /tos.

Billing and subscriptions

How do I manage billing?+

Billing is managed inside the WeatherWRX app after sign-in. Public pricing reflects the current subscription tiers, but final billing actions happen from your authenticated account.

Troubleshooting

What should I do if forecasts are missing or incorrect?+

Check that the location is correct, confirm the forecast or calendar feature is enabled, and review troubleshooting guidance. If the issue persists, contact support with the location and expected behavior.
