This privacy statement describes how the WeatherWRX™️ Add-on Weather Forecasting Application for Google Workspace™️ collects, stores and uses the information you provide. It also describes the choices available to you regarding use of your information and how you can access and update this information. WeatherWRX™️ is developed and owned by PlanetWRX LLC, a Delaware Company.
A. Collection and Use
WeatherWRX collects the following information:
Your Name
Your Email Address
Sales Referral Email Addresses
Your Telephone Number
Your Active Location
Your Organization Name
Your Organization Profile
Weather Forecast Locations
Descriptions of Alternative Weather Forecast Locations
Calendars Tracking Weather Forecast Information
Application Usage Information and Cookies
WeatherWRX™️ does not retrieve any email messages or documents from your Google accounts. Calendars are retrieved for weather forecast synchronization purposes. For further information read section F for “Information Stored”.
WeatherWRX™️ for Google Workspace™️ respects your privacy and treats your data with utmost care. The data that is received from Google APIs is used solely to provide and improve the services that WeatherWRX™️ provides to you. The WeatherWRX™️ application adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, which means your data is never used for advertising or transferred to other apps without your explicit consent.

Facilitate and administer business services you have requested through our applications.
If you provide us personal information about others, or if others give us your information, we will only use that information for the specific reason for which it was provided to us.
C. Disclosure to Third Parties
Your personal information is only shared with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. Your personal information is not sold to third parties. In some cases your data may be provided to companies that provide services to help us with our business activities such as assisting with software development, testing or providing services such as billing and email forwarding. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services. WeatherWRX™️ may also disclose your personal information to third parties per the conditions listed below:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process.
When in good faith disclosure is necessary to protect the company’s rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
If the company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice through our app of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

D. Security
WeatherWRX™️ takes commercially reasonable measures and follows generally accepted standards to protect the information you provide us, both during transmission and when it is stored. For example, if you provide sensitive information such as a credit card number when purchasing an app or through the app itself, the information you provide is transmitted via encryption using technologies such as secure socket layer technology (SSL). No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
E. Tracking Technologies
WeatherWRX™️ uses Google Analytics to analyze user’s interaction with the WeatherWRX™️ website. Google Analytics tracking code is implemented in www.weatherwrx.com and provides aggregated data in order to help make informed business decisions. To help track sales and other marketing, the site uses cookies. In addition, Remarketing and targeted Audiences functions are used to advertise across the Internet. Along with the Google Analytics cookie, cookies may be collected by Google based on the user’s browsing history. This helps gauge a more accurate understanding of visitors’ demographics, behaviors and interests. Reports may also be linked with individual personally identifiable information that users may have shared when visiting the site. To opt-out of Google’s use of cookies, please change browser settings by going to Google’s Ad Settings page. WeatherWRX™️ or a third party may use technologies such as cookies, Web beacons, or scripts to gather information about how users interact with the app. For example, how many users access a specific area or feature within the app and which links or ads they clicked on. This aggregated information is used to understand and optimize how the app is used, or to improve marketing efforts, and provide content and features that are of interest to customers. Ultimately, Google, as a third party, controls information collected through Google Analytics. Please check and read carefully its privacy practices prior to using the WeatherWRX™️ website.
F. Information stored
WeatherWRX™️ stores only information that is required to complete Smart Weather Forecasting services, including information entered about the functions or an organization, location or both.
Information is stored for a reasonable time after account expiry. This allows users to suspend and reactivate service typically without loss of set-up preference data. However, a request for total deletion at any time prior to this grace period may be sent through the WeatherWRX website support form.
G. Accessing Your Information
To review, correct, or update your account information (Company name, user name / address, group names name, payment info, address), please edit the user information or contact your company’s Google Workspace™️ administrator, who may access the app directly to review and modify this information through an Administrator’s console.
WeatherWRX™️ will retain that information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to close your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, contact your organization’s Administrator or the WeatherWRX website support form.
Your administrator may choose to uninstall this app, at which time the account administrator is responsible for notifying you regarding your company’s discontinued use of this app. WeatherWRX™️ shall retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
H. Accessing your configuration information
To view, change or delete your configuration information you may access it through the WeatherWRX™️ Add On sidebar interface in Gmail™️ or Calendar™️.
I. Privacy Statement Updates
WeatherWRX™️ may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to the business or this app as it pertains to the information collected and used. If the change impacts how information is collected you and/or your organization’s administrator will be notified, or a notice will be posted where you first access this app prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
